A lot of red herrings in searching this one out! I'm not entirely clear on the specifics but there seems to have been an issue with pip installs not turning up for
uvinvocations. Probably we could clean this up a bit more (in particular, I'm not convinced that any of theuvusage in here is necessary) but what we have now works and I didn't want to run a bunch of tests to confirm minor workflow changes.You can verify that the license finder now fails when licenses are unknown/unapproved by checking this workflow run.
